The opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Supporter Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic Engagement team; and be accountable for enhancing our supporters' experience, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for ensuring that all individuals, community groups and corporate partners are stewarded through customer journey mapping.

In addition, you will also:

  • Develop, implement, manage and report on customer experiences to ensure participants are supported and have a positive interaction with our brand.
  • Identify growth opportunities within customer segments.
  • Coordinate campaigns to help ensure campaign revenue goals are met and support a positive brand reputation.
  • Management of CRM data and insights.
  • Develop and maintain customer service processes.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience using CRMs and interpreting insights.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the values of Cancer Council WA
  • Positive approach to the workplace
